BEGINNERS

Meet the instructors and explore a natural cave system in the Forest of Dean. Find out how the system was formed, and the age of the caves.

Your instructors are keen cavers, with expeditions in Iran, Europe and Ireland and a wealth of experience from early cave digging and exploration.

Helmets and overalls are worn at all times, and these sessions are led by a local caving instructor.

INTERMEDIATE

A through trip in a more challenging system. Go in one entrance and exit another on a physically demanding journey - prepare to get muddy!! This is a very rewarding experience with a visit to some beautiful and fragile formations.

OR, if the weather is suitable, a trip to Ogof Clogwyn and Eglwys Faen in South Wales for some active caves.
