Meet the instructors and explore a natural cave system in the Forest of Dean. Find out how the system was formed, and the age of the caves

INTERMEDIATE

A through trip in a more challenging system. Go in one entrance and exit another on a physically demanding journey - prepare to get muddy!! This is a very rewarding experience with a visit to some beautiful and fragile formations.
OR, if the weather is suitable, a trip to Ogof Clogwyn and Eglwys Faen in South Wales for some active caves.

Your instructors are keen cavers, with expeditions in Iran, Europe and Ireland and a wealth of experience from early cave diving to modern cave digging and exploration.

Helmets and overalls are worn at all times, and these sessions are led by a local caving instructor.
