Forest Adventure Outdoor Development is an innovative curriculum and accelerated learning process, which covers the common critical knowledge and skills required for people leaders, managers, sales professionals and customer support personnel to become successful.
It is not a typical “one time” type of training that you may have experienced previously. Instead, the traditional training class has been reinvented so that learning is deployed in a blended learning process to include outdoor activities, combined with training needs analysis, electronic pre-study, face-to-face classroom training and follow-up support tools. |
