How can I make a booking?
The downloadable brochure contains a booking form, which can be completed and either mailed, or faxed back to us. Alternatively you can contact us directly by phone, mail or email.
Can I make a reservation prior to booking?
You can complete the enquiry form, outlining your requirements and the dates you would like to visit, and submit this to us. We will then contact you to confirm wether we can accomodate you, and the procedure for booking.
How much do your activities cost?
Since we tailor the activities to your requirements, we do not have a set price. By completing the enquiry form requesting a quote in your requirements, we will contact you with further details. Alternatively, you can contact us directly by phone, mail or email.
What happens if I am unable to attend a booking I have made?
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Forest Adventure Limited accepts bookings subject to the following conditions:
A deposit of 25% of the full booking fee is to be made at the same time of the booking.
Cancellations must be notified in writing to Forest Adventure Ltd.
Cancellation by the client is in accordance with the following scales:-
Cancellation more than 2 months before activity - loss of 25% of total fee
Cancellation less than 2 months before activity - 50% of total fee
Cancellation less than 1 month before activity - 75% of total fee
Cancellation less than 2 weeks before activity - 100% of total fee
The company reserves the right to cancel a session without prior notice. In such cases all monies will be refunded in full.
What should i do if i am not going to make it on time to the meeting point?

Where is Forest Adventure?
Forest Adventure Ltd is based in and around the Royal Forest of Dean in West Gloucestershire. The map on our locations page shows were this is in relation to the main cities and travel routes.
Do you provide transport?
We do not generally provide transport to and from activities, and it is your own responsibility to make travel arrangements. However, on river trips where we generally dock further down river from where we set off, we may supply transport to return you to the start. We may also supply transport for trips further afield into the Welsh borders. Please confirm this with us when booking. If you wish to hire transport during your visit, we can put you in contact with local firms.
Where and when do activities commence?
Once you have made your booking, we will notify you of the time and location at which we shall meet to commence any activity. We can provide simple directions if you are unable to find the meeting location.

What should I bring with me?
Once you have made a booking, we will notify you as to the equipment you should bring with you. Essentials are appropriate clothing, footwear and a rain coat. All safety equipment required for the activity will be supplied by Forest Adventure.
